The name ValuVet really doesn t seem to apply anymore. I love all the staff and vets I ve seen but the prices keep going up and up. I am going to have to resort to minimal care. I can t afford your services anymore.

Only single thing is more frequent spay/neuter days and staggered in times. Everything else was a great experience. Awesome staff.

The cat has lost weight and acting out with problems he has never had. We left with no resolution to the problems we are having. Was a waste of time to bring him in

I appreciated the time they took with both my dogs. The vet was knowledgeable on the breed of my older dog. Black mouth cut even though it says mixed in the system.

I sent an email on a Sunday and requested an emergency appointment and got an answer quickly, They scheduled me at a time convenient for me the next day. When I arrived they sent me straight to a room. The attendant was gentle and understanding that my cat had been spooked by a stray and might be injured. She has been hiding for 2 days.The Doctor came in to examine her but found no injuries. She suggested blood work in case an infection was developing. The test came back the next day and I was instructed to call to discuss the findings with the doctor. When I called I was immediately transferred to the Doctor who examined my cat and she explained clearly what the findings were and my options to address them. I highly recomend this practice and will continue to take my animals there . They could not have done any better. They even called another practice to get a food script and records and ordered the foods I need, then called the next day to let me know it was in stock. WONDERFUL STAFF AND SERVICE!
