Very pleasant visit. I felt at ease, I had no worries about leaving my Loki kitty in their care. The staff was organized, direct, professional and friendly. My cat did not seem distressed with his stay. There is a real sense of caring in the staff.

I really appreciate that all services, medications, etc. are itemized and shown to the customer prior to completing them. That helps us make an informed choice and not face sticker shock. Everyone is so friendly here and seem to really like the animals.
