I love the staff here. I am a nervous fur mom and was visibly so the day of drop off. The staff was amazing, calmed me down and ensured my dogs safety. Loving and caring staff and I will continue to bring my girl here. I know she s well taken care of at this facility.

Every single part of my experience here has been 10/10.The care given by Dr. Roberts and the above and beyond efforts of the assistants Brittany and Katie, as well as the very friendly receptionist Bridgette. Staff is very loving with the pets. Make sure you understand each procedure or test. Take time answering your questions. They don’t force you into a bill you can’t afford.

The wait was 20 minutes to get into a room. But it was a reasonable time with them being busy with other animals. I d say make sure you have time during your day for the wait.

Everyone was very helpful in helping my dog relax for his first appointment. They put down a blanket for him to walk on since he is not comfortable walking on not carpeted floors.
