Hadlock vet was a disaster. $3,000 in tests, with nothing done to help my dog. And then, they wouldn’t give answers or return my calls... Dr. Larson did the initial surgery that saved my dog’s life! Dr. Frank did the surgery after to continue the healing! My dear Sir Robin is well and alive today because of you all! Thank You!

What a wonderful and compassionate doctor we saw the other day, well done everyone.

Our visit was delayed because there was a serious emergency that came in about the time we arrived. and I was okay with that. Dr. Ramage and her *very* capable assistant took good care of my boy and threw in a free nail trim which I appreciate.

I appreciated that the follow up call with lab results happened just as was conveyed to me.

Because my young cat from the shelter, he is terrified of strangers and strange situations. During our visit, everyone was so gentle, so kind, while being very thorough, that I must thank you specifically for this. The cat hormones helped, but those gentle hands and quiet voices were splendid. Thank you.

It was a waste of time. I was told AFTER I had taken time off work and driven 1/2 hour to get there that they could not administer the vaccines which was the purpose of the trip. The staff acted like she could care less. I had specifically had a discussion with the staff previous to making the appointments about whether or not the vaccines could be administered and was assured it would not be a problem. It would have been fine had someone called me before I had taken the time off work and driven so far or better yet and given the correct information to start with. Seems like the staff was not communicating with each other or the doctors. Potentially reconsidering my Veterinary Care.

Well the Dic said we had a few days and we are glad we did not put her too sleep on fri because we’ve had a wonderful week together living out those dog days ( lots of spoiling her and lovins. She seems to be enjoying herself. Thankful for every doggie exchange with Nessie??

Dr. Jeff is amazing and I totally trust him. He doesn t do any unnessary procedures, explains what he s doing and recommending and my dogs both love him. What else can you ask for in a Vet. Wish he worked on Equines. I d love to have him as my horse s Vet. ;)

I wanted Jazzi and Gwennie’s anal glands checked, but we all forgot, after we talked about the two corgis. The staff and vet were great and discussed the fact that Gwennie didn’t really need to be seen as she needs an appointment 3 months from her last appointment and it was too soon. I appreciated that I was only charged for Jazzi’s visit.

No reading material available. Was tiresome waiting in isolation. I am very pleased and feel that Mimieux received excellent and effective care. Thanks.
