Dr. Kelli is amazing. She is kind, compassionate and realistic. She is communicative and answers questions and encourages you to contact her if necessary.

Was told I needed an appointment when I arrived even though I had called and was told not to make an appointment.. After waiting a few minutes, I was taken care of and I appreciated the customer service.

Excellent in every way. We have moved to FT Myers from Bonita Springs, but have never given a thought to find another Vet closer to our new home. It is worth the drive to continue with your OUTSTANDING PRACTICE for our precious “Rocky” Thank you for all you do. Pam Shaw

We have been very, very pleased with Estero Animal Hospital. Dr Sherry has been exceptional, extremely conscientious and caring for our dog. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. Having Jeff to help with the door is fantastic. How great it would be if every vet had someone like that to welcome you each time.

Staff is great!

Dr. Kirk is an awesome vet. We have been coming to him for about 13 years and refer pet owners to him when they need a veterinary.

On my follow up report that I received a day after my dogs appointment it said she was overweight. The doctor did not discuss this during our visit. I think she should have discussed this with us and let us know what we should do

Always feel our dog Shadow gets a thorough exam. Doc Kirk. Andrea and all staff courteous, friendly, patient, spends time answering all questions. Never feel rushed. Love it. Always recommend friends with pets.

I just recently moved to the area and my friends highly recommended that I take Lucy and Ethel to your clinic. I was very impressed by your staff and the treatment you gave to my senior dogs.

I thought the office visit price was a little steep.

Staff was very professional and Dr. Mark was very caring to my doog.

Estero Animal Hospital was very accommodating to my pet and I. My dog doesn’t care for the vet and he tends to bark at many of the other customers/patients coming in. So it continued and so one of the employees took us back to a room so my dog would be more comfortable and the other patients would be as well. Further, Doctor Jen is just awesome. I’m so happy she is Brody’s vet. He’s very skiddish but she worked hard to build rapport with him in a very quick time period.

They saw Shelby immediately . They helped very fast since she had eaten rat poison. We are so thankful.

Dr. Jen is amazing! We have a rescue dog who HATES the vet. Dr. Jen is very patient, and always trying to think of ways to help him through the appointment. This year we did the appointment in the parking lot instead of in the hospital to reduce his anxiety.

I dropped off my dog because he was sick & there wee no appointments & I found that much easier, so can t answer #1. The staff did not go over my bill nor have they ever. I don t expect that unless I ask them too.

We are very happy patients.

The only thing I found strange, was that instead of giving my dog the necessary flea pill, the assistant (nurse?)was going to give it to me until I said can t you give it to her? . The same thing happened with Dr. Larry. In Michigan,the Vet. (& assistant) always dispensed the pills (& shots, etc.)to the patient (which I prefer). I am, however, most grateful to have found such caring talented people to care for our new, precious dog!

We really like Dr. Marc, he has made a difference in our senior dogs health.
