I waited longer than I normally do - it was over 1/2 hour, so I wasn t too pleased about the wait time. When I inquired about the wait time, the person at the desk just said well they already have your chart - no apology or explanation about the wait. The Dr. & staff were great once we were in the room!

I ve been a patient with Dr. Kirk and Dr. Larry back in their original location up to now. Best vets around!! Very successful obviously as the office and phones are always super busy! I have referred this office to many friends.

We reside in Estero only during the Winter months and Estero Animal Hospital provides care for our dog, Gus. We can not say enough good things about this practice. We have used them for routine as well as emergency type situations and the level of care our pup receives is amazing despite the fact that he is a part time patient. They truly care about the animals that pass through their clinic. Everyone from the front desk to vet techs to the doctors are wonderful. We can t thank them enough!!!

My first time at Estero Animal Hospital was great. I was very nervous bringing my two dogs to a new place however there were so thorough and great with both dogs I felt very comfortable and at ease with my care and treatment.

The only issue was that I arrived at 3 pm and checked in to pick up my dog, the receptionist called for him to be brought out. At 3:45 I approached and again asked to pick up my dog. The receptionist was very apologetic. Ten minutes later, the tech came out to talk with me and then about ten more minutes after I finally had my pup. I felt that we were not valued or important. I truly like and appreciate both Dr. Jen and Dr. Kirk, I just wonder if there could have/should have been a better ending to our experience...
