I arrived early and they worked me in without much of a wait. I plan to have my new puppy visit there, as well as my current pet, Rosie, my cat.

Cant make the stars work, but I was very satisfied with all our care for our kittens. We had some unfortunate bleeding with one of them, but I felt that was taken care of promptly with the doctor notifying me as soon as possible of his outcome and I appreciated that. Yes, I would refer people to Estero Animal Hospital. We have brought our animals here for years.

My dog had a UTI and needed to be seen quickly. I was told I might have a wait as a “walk in.” However, I was seen immediately and was told I needed to leave Pippa for a culture. Three hours later, Dr French called, explained her problem and said she was ready to be picked up with meds. She is doing well now and I appreciate the kind, competent, PROMPT treatment we received.

Loved the doctor. Explained all options and their impact on our dog. Appreciated taking our dog our of the room to clip his nails (as he hates it).

I absolutely love Dr. Jen. She has been treating our dogs and cats with great care and respect. She’s very communicative and informative. She is very professional and works with us on all levels.

They had new software and it doesn’t show shots not given by Estero Animal Hospital. I have a dog who received a 3 year rabies shot. It wasn’t showing on my dog’s vaccination report. I almost left without that showing on the report. Hope that gets fixed

Entire facility and staff exceeded expectations. Very friendly, very professional. Would recommend above all others to friends and family as a facility that puts the patient first.

I was sad not to receive a call on the night of Emily’s stay. When I didn’t receive a call by 1030 in the morning, I became worried, and made a call myself, but the promised return call-back never came. By now at 1:30 I was very worried, and finally called back again and was relieved to talk to a nice technician who reassured me.

I came in without an appt. - a walk-in for the purpose of getting my dog s nails trimmed. Staff was great / facility clean / wait time minimal. I am a established client with Dr.Larry for my dog.My only complaint is I believe the fee of $14 for a nail trim is very high.
