Our pets have been long time patients of Dr.Jen. As always,she has been awesome and spent a of time with our two new goldens.

I called to see if they could see Max without an appointment . It was late in the afternoon. After a grooming, he was bleeding quite badly from a toe nail. They said to come in and they would “fit him in”. The wait wasn’t long. The receptionist, vet tech and Dr Mark were wonderful. Good people !

Dr. Sheri fixed a tiny growth on Tayla s skin and we were out of there in a few minutes. Excellent service and skill, as always.

Dr Larry was awesome. My Frenchie was in a lot of discomfort due to allergies. He gave her a shot and antibiotics that helped ed. I am so grateful

The providers and staff are wonderful. What could use some work is the length of time spent up front. It often takes longer to check=in, check-out, and pick-up than any other part of a visit. Long computer process? Not sure, but this is the area that could be improved.

Everything is always 5 star except for your telephone service. When I call for an appointment, I am put on hold immediately, and never get to speak again. I call back and there is not an answer. I love your place, but you need to do something about telephone service.

Been going here for 14 years and have always had a excellent care for my puppies. The staff is always very helpful. The doctors always take time to explain and help with all the issues you pets may have. thanks you
