Due to Covid, we paid right in the examining room. That is FANTASTIC! The worst part of the experience at Estero Animal Hospital has always been the usual EXTREMELY LONG wait in the lobby to pay. Please please please keep the current method of paying in the examination room!

As always Dr Kirk and the staff at EAH were great! I recommend them to everyone I meet who has a dog. I know from all my many experiences over the years that they too will receive knowledgeable and considerate care. I am always grateful that my niece referred me to EAH. I love my dogs and I know they receive excellent care there.

I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment time of 9 a.m. since this was our first time there. It took until about 9:20 a.m. to have the tech bring my dog and I in. They apologized for the wait but I wish it would have been shorter. Otherwise everything was fine.

My dog, cat, and myself feel very secure, happy, and safe at your facility!! My dog, Ziggy, loves coming to Estero Animal Hospital!! She has to say hello to all the staff when we have an appointment. She thinks of this vet as her second home. We are so so very sad and sorry you are closing your boarding business!!!!!!!!!! We wish you would change your mind. No other facility could come close to the care and giving your wonderful staff has given to my animal family!!!!

Under the pressure and guidelines of Covid-19, I think the entire staff at EAH have done a remarkable job in trying to make things run smoothly. They have done their best to minimize wait time both in seeing the doctors/techs, as well as the checking out procedure.

It is so satisfying to bring our dog, Brandy, to your facility. From the front desk personnel to the Vet Techs to the Doctors, everyone is professional, focused on the pet patient and open and sharing with the information of concern to the pet owner. Dr. Kelly is especially appreciated for her in-hospital treatment and her telephone follow-up, when necessary.
