My cats examination took place in the back office. she was returned to me in the carrier when Dr. Matthew s joint me to discuss Mawoos condition. New procedure? Because of covid? Just know I didn t like this. I like the old way where everything was done in my presence. Loved Dr Matthew s. she was kind thorough and answered all my questions. Thank you.

I was thoroughly dissatisfied with the manner of Dr. David. He was rude and disrespectful to me. I even said to him that as a physician who practiced human medicine for 35 years, I knew I had never spoken to a patient in the manner in which he spoke to me. It was clear that he had never reviewed the chart before He saw my pet. I was thoroughly dissatisfied.

I was turned down on a heartworm prescription for Phoebe so I had to make an appointment for her to be tested. When I went into the examination room, the tech asked me why I was there & I told her. After she looked at the records she found that Phoebe had been tested in October and didn’t need one. I would appreciate it if the veterinarians would bother checking the records before deciding that we needed an appointment

We were instructed to arrive 15 mins. early for 8am appointment. Stood outside holding two cat carriers for 15 mins. at locked door while employees entered adjacently and didn’t acknowledge us.

I have worked as a vet tech for 20 years and just recently came to Estero with my dog Chewey. He has some issues and I was nervous to go to another place. I took him to see Dr Megan at Estero animal hospital and had a wonder experience. It s clean, and from arriving at the front desk to seeing the Texh and then the Dr was all great. Being on that business for so long I was so impressed. Dr Megan s bedside manor and care for Chewey was so wonderful. This is my new Ver when I come down to Florida. I can t say enough great things. Thankyou for helping my little guy..
