Absolutely loved when I walked in the entire front desk was so excited to see a gorgeous puppy. Andrea at front desk remembered from 3 years ago and remembered when she had a skin infection and how nice her coat came in afterwards. She wanted to hold our new puppy and said she loved Sheltie. Made me feel very welcomed ? Care with Dr Jen and her assistant was great. Very happy. Andrea clean up the floor from a dog had an accident. We will be back. Happy with our experience

So glad to be back in the fold with my new feline companion, even if I have to drive 30-35 minutes to get there! (I moved)! So like Dr Jen!!

The wait is too long in the reception area. Our dogs are already nervous and then they have to interact with others. Some people have animals that are really sick and don’t feel like interacting. Once you get into the private area, the service and treatment is unparalleled. Dr Kirk and his assistant were exceptional and would entertain any questions we had. Thank you both for your efforts and service to our babies.

I was impressed by the friendliness and compassion of the staff as well as Dr. Kelly. This is my first vet visit after moving here from California and this is far better care and professionalism than I was getting at ANY vets there.

The Staff is always helpful and considerate. Dr. Kelly was professional and caring and took the time to call and explain everything to me. This is a first rate Veterinary practice.

Dog came in for a Bordetella, bath and nail trim. 8 hour visit. Unacceptable.
