Lia got very sick from the rabies vaccine. I thought she wasn’t going to make it. I don’t want her to have any further rabies vaccines, she is an inside cat.

We ended up waiting 2 hours after our appointment time. The vet did explain there were some high priority patients that came in that pushed our time slot back.

Reduce the waiting time if possible. Conduced business in the office, if possible, rather than in the vehicle. I feel it is time to get back to normal operations. Of course, I understand that some days will never be normal. You are the best in my book.
