There was supposed to be blood per done on my dog.Which it was not done.

Dr. Clay-Smith is so wonderful! She really takes the time to listen and provide information and recommendations. I know my pup is getting the best care!

Staff is great! friendly and helpful, answered all my questions. Need to work on timelienss though - was seen nearly 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.

I find Animal Advocate Veterinary to be the best facility with the best Veterinary who are very knowledgeable and compassionate. I ve been to quite a few and no where is better than here I am so grateful to the Veterinarians and the nurses for helping me with my Rotties

I was impressed with the quality of service I received for my fur baby Bari. Bari was nervous they handle him with such care even after he pee and pooped. I was shown by the technician or the animal assistant not sure what her title was how to administer the ear drop to clean the wax from Bari’s ears. Overall the service and professionalism was great. I will be recommending the hospital to friends and family as well as Bari and I will be returning for his medical care.

Hi team, Giving 4 stars as in the past I have felt like this is just a money making machine vs. really diving into the care for my pup. However, during my last couple of experiences, I have felt really heard and helpful. Also we are 0/2 for years with Bordatella inventory haha. This would be really nice to know to avoid having to schedule a second visit to get the shot as I travel about 25 minutes each way to Animal Advocate. Last year, I had to negotiate not paying the exam fee of $85ish dollars or whatnot and this year, the doc had their colleague put in the notes not to charge this fee which I greatly appreciate. Some other feedback since asked haha: I have noticed that when I call, no one answers the phone and i need to leave a message which can feel frustrating sometimes. Maybe my number is being screened haha My dog needs orthopedic surgery and I saw a vet in another state. About a week after the surgeons asked for records from AA, I received a call asking what was going on as its been several months since they saw my pup. The call was a week later and came across as sassy as to why they didn t know about this vs. out of genuine concern. (I m not hard to please I swear but this is how I genuinely felt during a stressful time and I didn t think to call AA when the incident occurred as he was in another state and needed to see a vet asap). Before my last appt, I did feel the need to find a new place for my pup. But after the appt, I felt extremely positive about the care he received. Thank you for requesting this feedback :)

Great team and they treat a very upset pet really well! I am very happy with the care my two cats receive here.

Kylie and Dr MacLeish are amazing. The issue arises when I had to ask for the vaccination record and then two more times when the first two PDFs that were sent were incorrect and missing vaccines my dog received.

The staff was very professional and helpful. I would hesitate recommending you only because of the price. My sphere of influence cannot afford it.

The wait time was very long as the office seemed to be overbooked.

Kylie was very helpful, she told me everything the veterinarian said was wrong with my dog Nala. I ve been taking my dogs and cats there since the clinic opened.

Waiting time was way too long despite of a reversed vet appointment, pets are not human so please improve that.

The office did not have the vaccines that I had made an appointment for my cat to get. This has happened two appointments in a row. It is frustrating to have taken off of work and driven my cat to the office, only to be told I will have to bring her back again next week. The vet, tech, and other staff were all very friendly and apologetic, but it is quite an inconvenience.

Everyone was supportive, comforting and very kind. Frida received so much love and attention. Very happy with the visit, follow up calls and treatment. The vibe was just right, magical hands at animal advocate:) a million thank yous

Everyone on staff is immediately warm, respectful, listening deeply, and taking steps above and beyond to make sure my dog and I are as comfortable and cared for as possible. The level of professionalism is only matched by how passionate and dedicated the team is to providing holistic care. Including walking me through any potential expenses before making decisions, providing options for financial assistance or breaking care into several appointments to spread out costs when needed. They take extra time to answer my questions, they are honest about what is necessary, they make specific recommendations based on known activities (like adding the lime disease vaccine since we go hiking). They are incredible with my very difficult rescue pup who has trauma around doctors/medical facilities. They work to build trust with both of us. They certainly have all of mine. And they’re creating space for my dog to warm up on his own time, and it’s working. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who wants a place they can truly get individualized, high end, reasonably priced, honest, and welcoming care. They treat every animal as if it were their own. I’m grateful to have found AAPH.

This was my first time having to take my pet to the vet so naturally, I think we were both nervous! But the staff was truly great and made us feel comfortable and did an overall great job with my pets care.

I want to compliment Dr. Woods and Joana on the care that each provided to my cat, Roger. They each handled Roger with extreme kindness and loving care, and Roger was very contented and unafraid while they handled him. I was very grateful. They are truly animal lovers. Please keep up the great work.

Best experience we ve had with our 11yr old baby at the vet. Staff was patient, gentle w/ her. They were able to sense her agitation time limit. It was as if she had been a long time patient, but it was her first visit. We thank you for accommodating her, she thanks you as well.
