Victoria, the patient care tech, was absolutely wonderful, welcoming, empathetic, knowledgeable, and professional. And she showed a lot of compassion for my dog, at such a stressful time. Dr. K was extremely compassionate, and explain things so well. I will definitely be taking my dog here, after years and years of Banfield ‘s high prices and ridiculous requests that I’ve had to make such as medication refills. It is nice to call a place, such as Walnut Street Animal Hospital, and get the same answer every time instead of different answers(from Banfield), where all they do is fight blame, and deny, and stress you out, knowing you are being charged triple at Banfield compared to other places, even though you’ve been paying close to $70 a month for all your fur babies. I am extremely pleased with Walnut St animal Hospital, Dr. K is by far the best veterinarians that I’ve had for my baby

Survey is not letting me indicate stars so I will comment to grade 5 stars for each category. Able to get appointment quickly. No waiting. Excellent care and information by vet, vet tech, reception. Daisy was very well cared for. Very clean and nice facility. Thank you!

Vet assistant was excellent at doing nails 1st off and gentle to be the least for my 18 yr old pug.... Thanks young lady for the extra attention with CHAMP . THE VET AMAZING as well .Thank you for the Care .. Look forward to continuing his care with you

Excellent service, and helped Dash not feel so nervous. Great service today as always! Dr K. and our assistant (I m sorry I don t remember her name - she wore a bright green shirt) were wonderful.
