I was not able to change the ratings from 5 stars to something lower. Overall I had a good experience but would give only 3 starts to Was it easy to be seen because I had to wait 3 days for a sick visit. The staff were all great, but the vet was in a rush and didn t take any time to review the notes that the vet tech had taken, and she didn t ask any questions. So I would also give only 3 stars to Have the providers taken enough time with you.

Value Vet at Graceland are the absokute best! They take good care of their patients and make every effort to make life easier for pet parents! Its obvious they care about animals and will make every effort make sure the fuzxies get what they need, including suggestions for outside redources if necessary! Plus theyre still affordsble! Love them!

Things seemed a bit disheveled. Additionally, I drove a stool sample out during what were posted hours, and no-one was there. Please make sure I am refunded the amount for that test. Lastly, I never received an email of the vaccinations administered during our visit. David. 614.353.1256

Everything was top notch! Sophie was well looked after and didn’t have any issues with the vet… in fact she liked her… as I saw her trying to lick the doctor… and Sophie is not a licker! The office and rooms were very clean… and everyone was very friendly! A big thanks to them!!

Let me clarify the time issue. Everybody was very friendly, and I was promptly taken to a room. However, the vet did not come into the room for 45 Minutes. I appreciate the staff being kind and helpful.
