The nurse and vet were both beyond amazing! They helped my dog and also gave me a free therapy session. They were empathetic and thorough and professional.

I arrived on time for my appointment but had to wait almost 2 hours to be seen by the vet. I don t think I will be returning.

I had a 5:20 appointment, got there a few minutes early. Was there until almost 7PM. The person who checked me out didnt give me the rabies tags. It was such a long wait, my dogs were really anxious - to the point that the vet thinks one had stress-induced heart arrhythmia. Everyone was nice, it was just a really long visit.
