Would it be possible to bring back, making appointments through the appointment, reminder emails? I don t mind calling to make an appointment. Just sometimes, I get busy, and tend to forget last minute. And wind up, needing to call at work, if I do recall. Which again, nothing wrong with that, just not always an ideal environment to call in. Given background noise or other distractions. But making an appointment through the reminder, made it easy to click, say why you needed to come in, etc. Just makes it more convenient, depending on your situation.

I love the staff and the Dr. I know they will be treat my cats well and they explain everything to me so that I understand. Everyone is very friendly and caring.
