The woman making appointment and answering phone told me to come in when I asked if was ok if even though I’d be late, got there and the staff told me I had to reschedule since I was late for later that day. I don’t have a vehicle atm so I had to figure out ride arrangement after I had already had someone take me there once besides that it was a good informative place

Very pleased with the service and everyone was very nice. The office was very clean, and I will being using them for anything I need for my dog. Would recommend to anyone to take their animals to them.

We are new to Valuvet Wellness and we’re very happy with the customer service, logical and experienced vet care and no pressure interaction, and the office aesthetics and cleanliness. So much so that our cat AND three dogs will be under the care of caring and skilled Valuvet Wellness Newark team going forward. Lastly, their name is certainly indicative of the veterinary costs for all service provided by these true animal lovers.

Would it be possible to bring back, making appointments through the appointment, reminder emails? I don t mind calling to make an appointment. Just sometimes, I get busy, and tend to forget last minute. And wind up, needing to call at work, if I do recall. Which again, nothing wrong with that, just not always an ideal environment to call in. Given background noise or other distractions. But making an appointment through the reminder, made it easy to click, say why you needed to come in, etc. Just makes it more convenient, depending on your situation.
