Our dog Nicki is blind and both your vet techs and Dr. Frank do their upmost to talk to her and make sure she is not frightened. She recently had a seizure which was worrying and traumatic for us to watch. When Dr. Frank had examined her rather than talk to us on the phone, he came out to our car (making sure that we all followed the distancing requirements) and talked to us about the seizure and Nicki s health and answered all our questions. It was much more reassuring for us to talk to him in person rather than on the phone. We do understand that with COVID wait times can be a little longer to accommodate safety requirments for all and so feel that all your staff are doing an amazing job in coping eith the current situation.

I believe every single employee from desk staff to vet has done an exceptional job during these unusual times. I’ve witnessed a very caring staff tending to our pets as they come out to the parking area and to our designated waiting spots.

We feel that the staff and the service they provide are excellent. The only comment at this time is that some customers tend to remove their mask and/or get too close to the staff in the parking area. For the health of the staff, these people need to be reminded of the protocol.
