You guys were great and right on with your prognosis Only thing That I don’t care for is the no in-house service. But hopefully this will change

We didn t speak directly with a doctor but appreciated the fact that the staff fitted our dog into a very busy schedule for a quick check for any problems after he d been chewing his paws continually for nearly 2 days.

Colette came home after her nail appointment with her chest hair all wet and knotted. When I called to find out why, Victoria said she thought it might have been urine and that she might have been scared coming over. If that was the case, I feel she should have been dried off and brushed to get out the tangles. I was not going to call and complain but am glad to have this opportunity to say how disappointed I was to see her come home this way. She was dry when we left. I would hope that next time, she will not be sent home this way and I will be happy to pay more for whatever it takes to dry her .

First rate care for our pet cat. We could not have had better service and attention to Max s welfare.

I really appreciated Nichole (sp?) from the front desk talking through with me why we were not comfortable having surgery done on our dog earlier in the week at Port Hadlock Veterinary Clinic and why we were pursuing the path we were on. She was gracious and non-judgmental and kind. Thank you!

Did not interact with a doctor. Our cat, Annie, had some massive knots of fur on her back that she doesn t groom. Our attempts to remove them result in fights and bites. Your tech did an excellent job of cleaning her up. We appreciate your support. Bob and Marti Duncan

Dr. Lauren has been exceptional in working with us to find a successful solution to our dog s interdigital cysts. She is extremely knowledgeable and shares a variety of ideas while listening carefully to our concerns. We are very appreciative of her excellent care of our dog.

Everything worked well - I would love to see a different kind of cone used for dogs who need it; something a bit more flexible if possible; the plastic one is so hard to watch - our dog got it off at 1 a.m. the first night home but I hear the noise and was able to get it back on after awhile. A friend had a Trimline Recovery Collar that seemed better suited; I would be willing to pay the extra cost -but am hoping we won’t need it again! Thank you for all Harris is doing fine now. You all are great!

You all are very nice, but I don t think you are helping my pet. He doesn t seem to be getting any better.
