The Dr did not introduce herself, or give a much of an explanation about what was wrong with my. She also did not clearly explain treatment options. She then left my our appointment without even saying anything. I feel as neither my pet or I were treated with any courtesy.

Hovering over the stars to rate doesn t seem to work. I was very pleased with the care our pet received and Dr. Amanda Ramage is the best! She is caring, empathetic, gentle, and very knowledgeable. The best we ve ever had to care for our pets. Staff is friendly and efficient. I only wish Pet Townsend could be open on Saturdays.

For the 3rd year in a row I bought a wellness and parasite check/ vaccine certificate from the silent auction at the Marine science center. Each time there has been confusion as to coverage. It clearly states vaccines included.

We were visiting PT & called because Daisy, our young Brittany, had eye discharge & we wanted to address the issue before we left. The PT Vet was wonderful. Daisy was calm the whole time & we got the medication for her eyes and were on our way! Thank you!
