Considering how busy the office was the extra wait time was to be expected. Everyone gets treated well and I don t think anyone felt like they weren t taken care of. Amazing. With a sick dog we were fit into a full schedule. Dr. French did a very thorough exam with the utmost compassion. She was very communicative about what tests should be done, why they should be done and what the costs would be. Excellent diagnostician. We were given medication immediately and the our dog s improvement also began immediately. Dr. French checked in TWICE on her DAY OFF! We feel very lucky and could not ask for a better doctor or experience. THANK YOU!

Took a long time to checkout. Clients not in any organized queues. All were polite, but it did cause confusion.

This facility is the gold standard for pet care. We have had 7 fur babies and vets in Colorado, Georgia, and California. The doctors, staff, and facility rank #1 in our many experiences. It really is all about the health of our dog and his quality of life.

We have been clients of Estero Pet for over 20 years and I still find it frustrating that the front desk staff do not know who we are when we come in and I am still spelling my name and going through the whole litany of info before they can find our records

I have been taking my dog Ollie to the Estero Animal Hospital since day one and I couldn t be happier with the care he receives from Dr. Marc Kanchuk and the rest of the team. We feel like a part of the family and are well taken care of every time we are there. I always recommend Estero Animal Hospital, and Dr. Marc in particular, to everyone I know.
