I was not impressed with Dr. Anna. My dog has arthritis in his front legs, and watching her trim his nails was painful to watch. She drew blood on the nail trimming. I think she would do better working with larger animals....like cows or horses. She seemed “roughly” efficient, with not a lot of compassion. I would not go to her again.

I was shocked at the cost of the medicine prescribed and was surprised that the vet didn t suggest another kind, or another way to get it (since it s a human one). Since this is a rest-of-your-life medicine, I m not sure what to do since I understand untreated dry eye could cause blindness

Everyone was super nice and friendly ..... the doctor spent a lot of time with me and my new kitten to explain everything and she even called my wife to explain everything to her as well;) We are new to the area and are extremely happy to live very close to the Estero Animal Hospital since we know our pets will be well cared for.
