We are new residents to Florida and our daughter’s friend referred us to Estero Animal Hospital. So very happy she did, they are awesome. Thank you so very much for your help with our furry family.

There is a horrible sound when you open the front door, it is like an alarm....it definitely triggered my pet and me. Just a thought of turning it down or off?

I have loved every vet that I have dealt with and the rest of the staff is amazing too!

The front staff was very friendly, however I DID NOT LIKE the vet I saw (Gray). I found him very beligerent toward me, impatient with me and my dog. They took my dog to the back, without telling me there were going to give her the shots there. I WANT TO BE WITH MY PET AND MAKE SURE SHE IS CALM. I did ask them to bring her in the office and they did, however the vet gave her too big of a greenie and while he was injecting the shot, she chocked and began to froth at the mouth. I noticed this, not vet & tech and asked them to stop. The vet was impatient and uncaring about this!! He seemed very agitated he had to clean her mouth up. I will never see this particular vet again.

communication needs improvement immediately. certain cell phone users unable to reach office. staff seemed to busy and lines of responsibility not clear to fix problem. Owner MD not aware of problem three days still not working. left as the cable company’s problem not the office

At Estero Animal was professional and personal. Nala loves everyone and so do we!!!
