The only negative is that there was a very strong smell of urine outside before getting to the entrance and a few of the clients didn’t pick up after their pups - elven though you supply poop bags and trash containers. Other than that it was a very pleasant experience for me and my pup.

I would like to say the office visit for Pippa with Dr. Kirk was wonderful as usual. The staff at the desk to the assistant with Pippa were very friendly and helpful. I was originally told to “call at 8:00, not even 8:01” to drop off my dog for your “drop off” appointments. When I called, the drop off appointments were filled the day before! They asked who I spoke to but I did not get a name. So instead of last Friday, I had to wait for Monday. All worked out fine…just miscommunication.

The price of proper vet care has made it impossible to continue caring for my 14 year old 5 lb Shih Tzu. $40 to express his anal glands? That s $480 a year? Plus he has Addison s so he has to visit you every 25 to 28 days for his shot. I used to get his anal glands done every month when he was there for a shot, but corporate got greedy so now he gets it every other month. It must take a minute to do his glands, 5 lb he weighs.

Andrea at the front desk treated me with kindness and compassion as I was struggling with my emotions surrounding my dog’s ill health. I appreciated Dr. Emilia calling me to stand in for Dr. Jenn when she was out.And Dr. Jenn was beyond exceptional in her knowledge, bedside manner with Our dog Rufus, the way she treats her staff so respectfully and with kindness, and her overall management of Rufus’ illness and end of life care. Thank you to everyone for making such a sad time as supportive as possible.
