This was a pleasant experience having a veterinarian come to my house, therefore not subjecting my cats to going to a vet in a carrier which they do not like and having them be scared. Dr. Dawsey and his technician were very professional, very friendly and very gentle with my cats, and we went over my cats’ medical conditions and medications they were on. The examinations were very thorough and Dr. Dawsey took the time to explain the medical findings and treatment which was needed. He even e-mailed me information regarding Missy’s condition before he left and made sure I understood what was happening to her. Jack is a more timid cat, who is not comfortable with people and they handled Jack as well with care. The visit was not rushed. I was very comfortable with Dr. Dawsey and his wonderful technician. Setting up the visit on the telephone was a very easy process and the person I spoke to was very knowledgeable as well. I was able to e-mail some test results on my cats for Dr. Dawsey’s review. If I did not have them your office would have contacted my vet for the information. I went over my cats’ medical history as well. All my questions about your service and your doctors’ qualifications were answered. I have already recommended your services to other people.

Excellent visit. Friendly and relaxed, professionally knowledgeable. The doctor and his assistant put everyone at ease and delivered calm and caring treatment to our pet. The follow-up call the next day was unexpected and much appreciated. We will be repeat customers.

Dr. Jensen, Amanda, and Stephanie in the office were all amazing! Not only did they arrive to the minute they explained everything to me, was thorough, and very kind with my otherwise nervous fur baby! I wouldn t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who needs it!
